Bio.
Dr. Edouard has been a teacher, a trainer, a human rights advocate and an organizational development expert. Dr. Edouard worked with refugees and IDPs in Africa and in the USA. He worked with several US not-for-profit organizations before serving the Board of IEDA Relief. Dr. Edouard’s areas of interest included organizational development, organization culture redesign, change management, management and leadership skills development, analysis and redesign of organizational processes and human resource management. Dr. Edouard enjoys helping organization and individuals achieve their business goals and objectives through change initiatives such as visioning, strategic planning, team building, and coaching. He earned a B.A. in English Language and Literature, an MBA in Project Management from Keller College of Management, New York, and an M.S. in Information Technology from American InterContinental University, Illinois. Edouard holds a Doctor of Management degree, Organizational Development, and Change, from Colorado Technical University, Colorado Springs.
